Who we are…
NGM Solutions NT also previously T/A NGM Constructions was established in 2014, but
collectively we have over 28 years’ experience in the NT Construction Industry. NGM is a family business and provides a wide range of Concreting, Formwork and Excavation services for Private Residential Works, Commercial Developments and Civil Sectors throughout the NT.

Safety:
NGM Solutions NT recognizes its moral and legal responsibility, as per Work Health
Act 1986 to provide a safe and healthy work environment for employees,
contractors, customers and visitors. This commitment extends to ensuring the
organization’s operations do not place the local community at risk of injury or
illness. NGM Solutions NT Pty Ltd works in accordance with the below Health and
Safety Industry Standards.
• AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety management systems.
• AS/NZS ISO 14001:2016 Environmental management systems.
Safety on the jobsite is always at the forefront of our work. We work collaboratively
with on site safety officers to deliver a safe work environment. As we like to say
“Work Hard Work Safe”.
Quality:
We pride ourselves on delivering quality professional service, with our client’s
satisfaction always a priority as well as building trust and a great repport. Our
client base is built on trust and the quality of our work. We aim to please. NGM
Solutions NT is committed to excellence in product and service and we work
according to our developed Quality Management System to ensure that our Customer and Company objectives and expectations, including fitness for use, consistency and dependability are achieved.
The Quality Management System is based on the requirements of the Australian and International Standard:
AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 Quality management systems
Work carried out shall also be consistent with any Australian and International Standards, state statutory and regularly requirements governing the process carried out at NGM Solutions NT Pty Ltd. It is the responsibility of all employees of NGM Solutions NT to ensure that the quality procedures and practices are understood, implemented, and maintained at all times as part of their expected duties.
What we believe in…
Being NT locals ourselves, supporting our community by working with NT suppliers and employing local staff, as well as Indigenous workers in our business’s is something that is important to us. We encourage education and the upskilling of our staff wherever possible, and support them fully when doing so, as part of our NGM Family.
Our main objective is always to work collaboratively with our clients to obtain the best
possible outcomes and maintaining deadlines and schedules on site. Maintaining a high standard in our final product for our clients is something we strive for on every jobsite.
